    We’re delighted to be recruiting a skilled HR professional on behalf of an innovative service-based SME based south of Northampton. Reporting to and supported by the HR Director, this a smaller HR Manager post, where you are responsible for a HR administrator and the end-to-end HR service for the business.

     

    As HR Manager, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage the day to day of the HR function on site
    • Hands on involvement in all recruitment, actively planning the best approach to attract talent
    • Supporting the entire employee lifecycle including on-boarding and exit processes
    • Dealing with HR Inbox, queries and supporting the management team
    • Creating varied reports using HRIS across HR function for senior leadership team
    • Review and improve process and procedures

     

    We’re looking for a HR Manager with the following skills and experience:

    • Experienced HR Manager, used to working with and managing a HR administrator and prioritising workloads
    • Sound knowledge of current statutory regulations within HR
    • Being aware of trends and issues in the external environment that affect employees
    • Excellent communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Self-motivated, with a helpful and positive approach
    • Level 5 CIPD qualified (or equivalent)
    • IT proficient, with the ability to use MS Word and Excel at an intermediate level or above

     

    Hours of work:

    • 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 3pm Friday
    • Hybrid – 2 days working from home

     

    Salary and benefits:
