    A superb HR Business Partner / HR Manager is required for this newly created, standalone role, working part time 30 hours per week.

    Duties and responsibilities for the HR Manager:

    • Full responsibility for managing the HR strategy, policy and processes throughout the business. Taking ownership of all aspects of the employee lifecycle
    • Employee relations, supporting and coaching SMT
    • Leading employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, driving positive HR forward
    • Developing HR policies and processes
    • Constructing benefit and compensation packages
    • Leading D&I initiatives
    • Managing in-house software for employee training matrices and appraisals
    • Monitoring absenteeism and return to work interviews/policies

     

    Skills and experience required by the HR Manager:

    • Extensive experience in generalist HR Management, working on a standalone basis, in a SME environment
    • Ideally industry experience within a manufacturing or distribution sector
    • CIPD Level 5 qualification or QBE
    • Up-to-the-minute knowledge of employment law, EDI, EVP initiatives
    • Por-active to develop and enhance employee engagement
    • Friendly and helpful, positive attitude
    • Excellent communication skills
