A superb HR Business Partner / HR Manager is required for this newly created, standalone role, working part time 30 hours per week.

Salary and benefits:
- £40,000 – £45,000 pro-rata

Duties and responsibilities for the HR Manager:
- Full responsibility for managing the HR strategy, policy and processes throughout the business. Taking ownership of all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Employee relations, supporting and coaching SMT
- Leading employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, driving positive HR forward
- Developing HR policies and processes
- Constructing benefit and compensation packages
- Leading D&I initiatives
- Managing in-house software for employee training matrices and appraisals
- Monitoring absenteeism and return to work interviews/policies
Skills and experience required by the HR Manager:
- Extensive experience in generalist HR Management, working on a standalone basis, in a SME environment
- Ideally industry experience within a manufacturing or distribution sector
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or QBE
- Up-to-the-minute knowledge of employment law, EDI, EVP initiatives
- Por-active to develop and enhance employee engagement
- Friendly and helpful, positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
