Job description:
We have an exciting position for a Trainee Client Account Manager – Export to join our SME client based in Lutterworth. This role is suited to someone who has had exposure to working in a banking or logistics environment.
Salary and benefits:
- Up to £24,500
- 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

- Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, 37.5 hour working week
- Please note that this is an office-based position and full training will be provided
- You will have the opportunity to undertake a company funded external course, Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists, a professional qualification that is recognized worldwide as a benchmark for competence for international practitioners.
Duties and responsibilities:
- You will be the main point of contract for customers
- Involved in issuing international commercial documents, assessing contracts, reviewing financial banking documents, and coordinating logistics
Skills and experience required:
- Previous exposure to working within a banking or logistics environment is desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a can-do, proactive, and motivated approach to any task
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
