Trainee Client Account Manager – Exports

We have an exciting position for a Trainee Client Account Manager – Export to join our SME client based in Lutterworth. This role is suited to someone who has had exposure to working in a banking or logistics environment.

Salary and benefits:

• Up to £24,500
• 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays

• Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm, 37.5 hour working week
• Please note that this is an office-based position and full training will be provided
• You will have the opportunity to undertake a company funded external course, Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists, a professional qualification that is recognized worldwide as a benchmark for competence for international practitioners.

Duties and responsibilities:

• You will be the main point of contract for customers
• Involved in issuing international commercial documents, assessing contracts, reviewing financial banking documents, and coordinating logistics

Skills and experience required:

• Previous exposure to working within a banking or logistics environment is desirable
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrate a can-do, proactive, and motivated approach to any task
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
