A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Digital Marketing Executive, with experience in content creation and digital marketing, to join a rapidly growing business in the picturesque town of Market Harborough.
As part of a friendly, committed and highly skilled team, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s online presence, driving organic traffic, and engaging audiences through compelling content across various digital platforms. You will also play a key role in championing the brand, developing an offline network presence and contributing to overall business strategy.
What you can expect:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working pattern
- £30,000 – £35,000
- Free on-site parking
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Crafting compelling content for blogs, other digital platforms and email marketing campaigns
- Conceptualising, scripting, and producing compelling video content for the YouTube channel
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure videos align with marketing goals and brand messaging
- Assisting in developing and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
- Ensuring all marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and contribute to brand awareness
- Regularly updating the company’s audience through informative and engaging newsletters, articles, and other publications
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Solid proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role
- Track record of driving organic traffic and engagement through content marketing
- Up-to-date understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to produce engaging content
- Sound knowledge of media production, including photo and video editing
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus a basic understanding of navigating other editing software. Experience with Monday.com and Mailchimp would be a bonus but optional
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights from data
- Enjoys a fast-moving environment, able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Expert attention to detail
- The ability to work independently using your own initiative
