We’re delighted to present an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Digital Creative Agency, based in rural North Northamptonshire, who are looking for a skilled Marketing Account Manager.
Working as part of a friendly team in a picturesque countryside setting, the successful applicant will be the primary point of contact between the client and the agency, and will consistently provide high quality support – including creative, project management, planning and technical input – to optimize account opportunities.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Delivering client projects on time and on budget by collaborating with colleagues to develop accurate timing plans
- Taking responsibility for accurate and honest reporting of the status of all project deliverables
- Managing all internal and external stakeholders involved in delivery, including third party suppliers
- Liasing with colleagues to ensure all creative and development time is booked in and briefed
- Interrogating the creative, to ensure that the response to the Client’s brief is fit-for-purpose and pushes the boundaries where possible
- Understanding the business’s capabilities and services, and effectively communicate various service offerings to the client as appropriate to pursue opportunities for account growth and new business
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience working in an account management role within a marketing agency
- Excellent client management skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships understand your clients’ brands
- Evidence of strong creative thinking and writing abilities
- Confidence and credibility when pitching to clients both current and prospective
- Strong interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships
- An ability to work in a busy environment, to deadlines, and on concurrent projects to meet client requirements.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary and benefits:
- £28,000 – £34,000
- 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
