    On behalf of a leading creative agency in Leicester, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

    You will manage your own client portfolio working alongside Account Directors and the business owners. You’ll be working with lots of different clients, and juggling a number of accounts simultaneously, so you’ll need to be able to keep a calm head and possess strong communication and organisational skills.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming and inspiring team, based at stylish contemporary offices in Leicester City Centre. A flexible working pattern combining a mix of remote and office working is also available.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing key agency-client relationships
    • Working as part of a team to deliver the highest-quality projects on time and to budget
    • Writing creative briefs and planning marketing campaigns that are led by insights from our Planning team.
    • Writing proposals, planning resources, producing project schedules and managing budgets
    • Briefing projects into creative, technical, content and search teams, both within the agency and externally
    • Coordinating all project deliverables ensuring agency staff, external resources and clients maintain scheduled milestones
    • Overseeing quality control – coordinating, checking, testing and issue management
    • Analysing campaigns to assess performance, ROI and improvements for our clients

    Skills and experience required:

    • Minimum of 3 years of Account Management experience within a brand, creative or digital agency
    • A good instinct for spotting commercial opportunities
    • Meticulous in your project scoping, planning, costing and scheduling
    • A proven ability to multitask and prioritise
    • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; you can confidently influence and direct teams and get the most out of people
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • As well as having agency experience, you’ll be digitally savvy and understand the role channels play in delivering a best-in-class brand experience
    • Strong collaboration and client management skills

    Hours of work:

    • 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm / 8.30am – 5.00pm with 1-hour lunch
    • Flexible hybrid working available

    Salary and benefits:

    • £30,000 – £35,000
    • 23 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, including birthday off and an agency shut down over Christmas
