    Due to a recent period of growth, our client based in Market Harborough are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time basis. If you enjoy being part of a friendly team working within a dynamic office environment we would love to hear from you.


    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing an existing client base
    • Building relationships with key accounts
    • Placing order via phone and email
    • Dealing with any queries
    • Arranging deliveries and organising returns
    • Inputting data and updating the CRM system
    • All other administrative support as required


    Skills and experience required:

    • Must have previous office experience within a Customer Service role
    • Good levels of communication and listening skills
    • Confident telephone manner
    • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
    • Flexible and adaptable
    • Team player
    • Willing to learn and use own initiative
    • Someone that is a self-starter, supportive and enjoys working within a friendly team environment
    • IT literate with strong understanding of MS Office applications, particularly Excel (v-looks ups, pivot tables)


    Salary and benefits:

    • £22,000
    • Free parking


    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch
