    We’re looking for a highly-skilled Customer Experience Researcher with vision and ambition to join a leading marketing services company, known for helping a wide range of international brands to communicate effectively with consumers.

    The successful applicant will work on a key account with a major brand, carrying out bespoke CX strategic insight projects and providing planning, strategy and innovation for the client.

    Based remotely with regular travel to London and Nottingham, you’ll support clients and the whole business with creative, innovative approaches to CX research. Candidates should demonstrate outstanding commercial and analytical acumen and be driven to continuously innovate and improve.

     

    As CX Researcher, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Designing and conducting a wide variety of research projects with a focus on customer experience (CX)
    • Providing expert, trusted advice to various client teams, competitor experience benchmarking and consideration of future innovation that will serve to enhance the customer experience
    • Listening to briefs and recognise opportunities for the client, sharing your thoughts with both colleagues and the client
    • Maintaining the strong relationships already formed with the client, as well as helping to grow the CX offering
    • Working collaboratively with the Insight team to create implications and actions for the client
    • Liaising closely and directly with the client, joining open forums, taking CX briefs and regularly presenting to key stakeholders
    • Collating, analysing and presenting findings once research has been conducted
    • Delivering compelling insights and recommendations from projects to creatively communicate value and opportunity to clients within their commercial context
    • Responding to queries from clients with accuracy and speed and clearly communicating recommended research design, insights, and opportunities

     

    We’re looking for a CX Researcher with the following skills and experience:

    • Experience in a CX research role developing and delivering detailed research projects
    • Degree qualification in a relevant discipline (such as psychology, anthropology, business studies or marketing) would be desirable
    • Broad knowledge of customer experience research techniques and approaches, with a sound understanding of good research practice and a passion for innovation in the field of research
    • Able to deliver clear and engaging presentations of data to clients and colleagues
    • Full, clean UK driving licence

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £30,000 – £45,000
