Are you a stand-out Digital Marketing expert looking for an opportunity within a talented agency team?
We’re delighted to be recruiting a Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of a passionate and creative full-service marketing business based in Market Harborough.
Applicants must demonstrate a good understanding of brand building, a flair for creating innovative digital marketing strategies and a keen interest in following and understanding the latest industry trends and thinking.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Marketing Director and Account Management Team to create digital strategies, briefing and managing effective campaigns with KPIs that support client objectives
- Reviewing the performance of campaigns and reporting on lessons learnt and future recommendations
- Creating and implementing SEO strategies and working with the PPC Team to drive traffic and conversion
- Managing online media budgets
- Working with developers and creative team to plan engaging websites with strong user journeys
- Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends, key industry launches and best practice
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas, concepts and campaigns
- Creating and scheduling social media content, as well as managing social media communities, some of which may take place outside of normal working hours and will be paid as overtime
- Attending meetings with clients and associates to discuss and give campaign briefs
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience in a similar role, involving the creation of engaging, high-impact digital plans and communications – ideally in an agency environment
- Previous work for blue-chip brands as well as entrepreneurial SMEs and start-ups
- Proven results developing and delivering digital marketing strategies
- Good analytical skills with the ability to use Google Analytics and other insight tools
- A working knowledge of key social media platforms (including running effective ad campaigns)
- Strong understanding of SEO and PPC
- Experience working with e-mail marketing platforms such as MailChimp and Klaviyo
- Experience planning and developing websites including creating creative and technical briefs
- Excellent copywriting skills
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Salary and benefits:
- £30,000 – £40,000
- Flexibility on working location and hours
