    On behalf of a fast-growing specialist supplier to the health and beauty industry, we’re looking for a talented and creative digital marketing and sales professional with proven experience of developing and delivering successful eCommerce and B2B strategies.

    This is a brand new and exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to lead a busy team and make a key contribution to the successful delivery of the company’s ambitious expansion plans. A fast-growing business, they are renowned for their innovative product range and have a strong professional customer base both in the UK and overseas. Working as part of the leadership team, you will be an essential part of delivering the next stage of growth as a market leader.


    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing the Sales and Marketing agenda for the business, taking responsibility for hitting revenue and new business targets in line with the business plan
    • Developing and launching innovative digital marketing and sales strategies to enhance Company and product awareness, thereby increasing revenue and profit
    • Designing and leading the execution of an Annual Sales & Marketing Plan targeting our key customer groups
    • Driving B2B eCommerce sales and marketing performance through digital channels, Sales teams and external partners, setting targets and with regular reviews to ensure in line with budget
    • Developing the colleges and education channel as a new revenue stream
    • Taking budgetary responsibility for all Sales & Marketing activities
    • Ensuring all sales and marketing activities are on brand and in line with strategy
    • Owning agency relationships, developing partnerships/sponsorships and influencers
    • Designing and implementing a B2B comms strategy
    • Working with finance to produce regular analytical reports for the MD and make recommendations for improved performance and focus
    • Leading and developing the Sales and Marketing team, including developing objectives, weekly team meetings, regular 1:1’s and Personal Development Reviews.


    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive previous experience in a similar B2B Sales & Marketing role, within a product-focused business, ideally within the health, beauty or wellness sectors
    • Possession of a Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional marketing qualification is highly desirable
    • Broad experience in both eCommerce and traditional B2B marketing
    • Demonstrable examples of achieving significant revenue/profit growth in B2B & digital sales
    • Innovative business thinker with a customer-centric perspective, able to represent the Company’s brand, business and products
    • Ability to analyse complex data to deliver business strategy, as well as design and execute a sales and marketing annual plan
    • Proven track record of building, developing and managing a team
    • Natural influencer and self-starter with a high sense of ownership
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong numeracy skills with a sound understanding of margins and measurement conversions
    • Effective organisation, prioritisation and time-management skills
    • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative tea
    • Full driving licence and own transport.


    Hours of work:

    • 09:00am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours


    Salary and benefits:

    • £50,000 – £55,000
