    Job description:

    We’re looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and digital marketing professional to join a small team of experts supporting key retail and hospitality clients with local marketing services. This role is dedicated to driving local awareness, footfall, and sales to retail stores through innovative strategies and technologies. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing local brand presence, customer engagement, and sales growth. From customer journey optimisation to introducing cutting-edge technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients’ businesses.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive support to clients in local marketing, merchandising, and auditing customer messaging and journeys
    • Providing marketing strategies to defend stores against competitors by understanding the environment and demographics, using data to recommend ways to increase sales and processes
    • Fostering strong relationships with clients, third party vendors and internal stakeholders
    • Deliver compelling presentations, insights, and recommendations to clients
    • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour
    • Working with social influencers, digital and social campaigns to engage audiences and drive people to stores


    Skills and experience required:

    • Marketing or communications expertise within a marketing agency environment, ideally with a CIM qualification
    • An understanding of instore customer journeys and brand amplification through instore events of digital campaigns
    • Client facing experience with excellent communication skills
    • Proven record in managing end to end marketing campaigns and projects
    • Experience within the retail or hospitality sector would be beneficial with experience of driving customers to a physical location
    • Travel across the UK and Ireland is required; majority of role is home based
    • UK driving licence is essential
