    We are currently supporting the recruitment of a Marketing and Communications Manager to join an exciting and thriving not-for-profit organisation who specialise in promoting the sustainability of the graphic communications supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with the UK Country Manager and be responsible for creating, developing and delivering marketing and communication strategies across their campaigns. These campaigns operate throughout Europe, North America, South America, Australia and South Africa.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to get on board and take ownership of the position and apply your own initiative ideas and work autonomously, allowing you to utilise and develop a broad range of marketing skills using traditional and digital methods.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage a £3m advertising campaign which currently reaches 30m+ people in the UK
    • Manage all aspects of the digital marketing activities including social media, SEO and Google Ads
    • Be responsible for writing and collating engaging content for the campaigns and websites for example, blogs, videos, case studies, news items
    • Writing regular e-newsletters to 25,000 subscribers as well as press releases, articles for industry magazines and guest blogs
    • Maintaining and developing the campaign websites
    • Conducting primary research and report writing
    • Providing value to the organisation members and continuously seeking to attract new members
    • Providing website and artwork support for colleagues around the world
    • Designing marketing materials for use in print and online
    • Organising and hosting regular International and European conference calls

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Minimum of 3 years practical marketing experience across the full marketing mix
    • Hold a Degree in a relevant subject
    • Have an exceptional understanding of marketing communications across multi channels
    • Experience with both online and offline advertising
    • Passionate to develop your own knowledge
    • Highly organised, self-motivated and punctual
    • Confident hosting meetings and presenting
    • Excellent telephone manner
    • Creative writer with a meticulous eye for detail
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Experience with any of the following software and applications would be advantageous: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Google Analytics, WordPress, Salesforce

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with one hour for lunch

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £26,000 to £33,000 dependent on experience
    • 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays – the office is closed between Christmas and New Year and does not form part of the holiday allowance
    • A bonus scheme of up to 10% of salary is awarded annually based on KPIs being met
