Biography:

Eloise started Vanilla Recruitment in 2005 following many years working for high street recruitment companies in Northampton and Leicester.

Biography:

Liz has worked with Eloise for a long time (which has been a pleasure!) Having been involved in many areas of the business from temps to permanent recruitment, she is now heading up the HR and Training Division. Before joining Vanilla Liz worked for several high street recruitment companies and a global manufacturing company’s HR Department.

Kathy Bakewell

Kathy joined Vanilla Recruitment in 2008 having previously worked as a Training Manager and also ran her own Training Company. Kathy has over 10 years experience in Recruitment.

Sophie joined Vanilla in 2007. Prior to this Sophie worked for many years in both sales and customer service roles.

Laura joined Vanilla in 2011 from a corporate recruitment background where she focused on commercial roles across Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Laura has over five years recruitment experience and has joined Vanilla in our Sales & Marketing Division.

Sarah Smith

Position: Temps Consultant - Commercial Division

Biography:

Sarah joined Vanilla in 2011. Prior to this Sarah has worked for high street recruitment companies within Leicestershire, specialising in both Temporary & Permanent Commercial recruitment. In more recent years Sarah has been recruiting for senior level positions within the Supply Chain & Logistics industry. She has also gained a wealth of experience dealing with high volume on-site temporary contracts.

Charlene Bennett

Biography:

Charlene has been a key member of the Vanilla team since 2008. Charlene manages the office, and is also responsible for our accounts function. Her excellent organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that our consultants can get on with doing what they do best, with the peace of mind that the back office is being expertly run.

Jackie Humphreys

As Vanilla has grown we have needed to ensure we have an experienced and reliable support function and Jackie does not disappoint. Having joined Vanilla in May 2010 Jackie provides part-time support for Charlene and the team making sure they can deliver a high quality of service to our clients and candidates with full confidence that the day-to-day duties are in capable hands.
