    Vanilla Recruitment

A well-established, growing business has a unique opportunity for an experienced Creative Studio Administrator to oversee the efficient and timely planning and delivery of creative assets for campaign launches. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starting, relationship builder to develop and maintain an outstanding workflow between the internal design team and their partner agency.

You will receive flexible working, 26 days holiday, free lunches and employee wellbeing initiatives. The role is based in North London and working from home.

As a Studio Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

    • Assuring alignment of campaign requirements between internal design, account teams and agency teams
    • Maintaining iterative timelines with pre-defined deliverables, due dates, and key milestones
    • Assisting in trafficking assets through the agency – from briefing, planning, production and through to delivery
    • Ensuring regular 360-degree asset reviews to assure alignment between all stakeholders
    • Championing teamwork and great communication to bring the asset pipeline to life
    • Becoming the go-to expert in your area, a creative problem solver able to propose practical and realistic solutions to keep delivery on track.

We are looking for a Studio Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:

    • Experience working in a busy creative environment or agency with an understanding of what is needed to keep pace within an ever-changing environment
    • A fabulous communicator, negotiator, mediator, and all-round relationship-builder with the ability to influence and build rapport with cross-functional teams
    • Have the confidence to act autonomously, but ultimately a great team player, with the ability to liaise at all levels both internally and externally
    • Confident problem solver and effective decision maker, able to take charge of a project and use initiative to manage expectations as well as priorities
    • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to proactively seek out potential eventualities and plan ahead to mitigate these
    • Demonstrate proficiency with Project Management tools and software, and an understanding of file formats.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30.
