Our charity work

Corporate social responsibility is something we truly believe in here at Vanilla, which is why we have a chosen charity and help to raise awareness and much needed funds in any we can.

As a business, we partner with the charity Bamboozle Theatre Company. They are an amazing local charity whose mission it is to offer learning and meaningful opportunities to disabled children, young people and their families.

In Eloise’s words…

“When I set up Vanilla Recruitment, I knew that I wanted the business to make a difference to people. Our day to day is working to make people’s 9-5 better; more fulfilling and rewarding. But I also wanted the business to make a difference to others within our community. And being a mother of two I knew I wanted us to support a children’s charity.

We do a fair amount of fundraising and instead of giving small donations to lots of different charities, I wanted us to support a single charity so we could make a more worthwhile contribution – to make an actual difference. The decision to support Bamboozle was a very easy one once I’d seen first-hand the joy they give to families whose day to day life experiences are more challenging than most.

With Bamboozle being local to us and with them providing amazing support to children and their families, who are in situations outside of their control, I knew they were the right choice for us. We’re delighted and honoured to have been working with Bamboozle for many years now. Christopher, the team and the families they work with are a true inspiration.”
