I’m Carmin, Business Development Executive here at Vanilla. My role is all about building relationships, creating opportunities and connecting great people with great businesses. I’m passionate about getting to know people, understanding what makes their business tick and finding ways we can support their growth.

I’ve always been a people person who loves meeting new people, having a good chat and making genuine connections. I’m naturally curious, enjoy spotting opportunities and love bringing the right people together. For me, business development is about much more than making introductions. It’s about building trust, understanding challenges and creating partnerships that deliver real value.

One of the things I enjoy most is learning about different businesses and the people behind them. Every conversation is an opportunity to discover something new, and I take pride in helping organisations find solutions that make a lasting impact.
