We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to work with our client during a period of absence within their Accounts Department.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Posting purchase ledger invoices onto Sage 50
- Checking PO’s and GRN’s
- Checking bank reconciliations and posting receipts to Sage and updating client accounts
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience of working in an accounts environment
- Demonstrate a can-do, proactive and motivated approach to any task
- Previous experience of accountancy software (Sage 50 desirable)
Hours:
- Part-time from 16 – 25 hours per week
Salary and benefits:
- Up to £12.50 per hour
