Job description:

We’re looking for an experienced Content Project Manager to the growing Digital Screens team, supporting one of the UK’s largest catering and hospitality suppliers.

Working across hospitality, sports, leisure, healthcare and education environments, you’ll play a key role in managing the delivery of digital screen content that reaches millions of consumers every day. From seasonal campaigns and product launches to reactive content updates and venue-specific communications, no two days are the same.

This is a fast-paced role where priorities can shift quickly and deadlines are often driven by live operational requirements, promotional launches and major events. You’ll thrive under pressure, enjoy juggling multiple projects simultaneously, and take pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and internal teams.

You’ll work closely with clients, designers, content creators, schedulers and technical teams to ensure content is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest possible standard.

  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Healthcare scheme
  • Employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Working 4 days in the office, 1 day at home

About You
You’ll be a confident and organised project manager who enjoys the challenge of delivering high-profile content into busy operational environments.
You understand that in sectors such as hospitality, sport and leisure, deadlines are often immovable. Whether supporting a major sporting event, a national campaign launch or a last-minute operational update, you’ll remain calm, focused and solutions-oriented when the pressure is on.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing digital content projects from initial brief through to successful on-screen delivery.
  • Delivering campaigns, content updates, amendments and special projects across a diverse portfolio of venues and audiences.
  • Coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining quality, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Managing client expectations around timescales, priorities and delivery requirements.
  • Producing content schedules and briefing internal scheduling teams.
  • Working closely with creative, production and technical teams to deliver content efficiently and effectively.
  • Prioritising competing demands and making informed decisions around cost, time and quality.
  • Managing project workflows through CRM and CMS platforms.
  • Identifying risks, resolving issues and maintaining momentum across projects.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • At least two years’ experience in a project management role within a creative agency, marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing digital content, campaigns or customer-facing communications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting demanding deadlines.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience briefing and coordinating internal creative and production teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Experience using CRM, workflow or content management systems.
