On behalf of a leading Leicestershire business, we’re currently welcoming applications from enterprising administrators with excellent IT skills who would be interested in joining a friendly team as a Data Project Resourcer.
Working closely with the Office Administration Manager and supporting the recruitment teams to deliver various data-led projects, the successful candidate will enjoy working from bright, modern offices in the picturesque and well-located town of Market Harborough.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining the internal CRM system, ensuring all new data is added accurately
- Carrying out data-related work such as mapping and research in order to source new client and contacts
- Assisting consultants with the collection of information by initiating sourcing projects on their behalf
- Preparing correspondence and documents
- Providing reception cover for lunch times and holidays; carrying out reception duties; greeting visitors and answering incoming telephone enquiries
- Managing incoming email enquiries and uploading CVs to the database
Skills and experience required:
- Previous office-based employment experience in a customer service or reception role
- Data project or research work experience would be an advantage
- GSCE / A Level qualifications or equivalent
- IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Office, Linkedin and previous experience using internal database / CRM systems would be useful
- Sound understanding of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Understands the importance of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a friendly and helpful approach
- Enjoys working as part of a collaborative business team
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch
- Flexi hybrid working available 2-3 days per week
Salary & Benefits
- £22,000 – £24,000
- Pension – matched contributions to 4%
