    Are you a skilled customer service professional with extensive experience in providing business-to-business aftercare, repairs and maintenance administration?

    We’re excited to be recruiting a Service Administrator on behalf of a well-reputed industrial supplier based in Market Harborough. The successful applicant will support and deliver the administration of the product repair and maintenance process, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

    You will be responsible for working within a small, dedicated team to deliver a global service of maintenance, repairs, training and calibration within the Battery testing field.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Handling all calls from customers relating to service issues, managing multiple enquiries at any one time
    • Collating information, raising quotes and scheduling engineer visits
    • Packing products for shipments
    • Inputting data and maintaining spreadsheets
    • Greeting incoming visitors
    • Responding to international aftercare enquiries
    • Booking and confirming training courses
    • Managing administrative goods in and dispatch processes for spare parts
    • Organising monthly stock checks
    • Opportunity to attend trade shows

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive experience of working in a similar administrative role involving the resolution of aftercare issues and arranging suitable repairs or maintenance
    • Interested in learning about the technical specifications of products
    • Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
    • Able to input data accurately, with excellent attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Takes a self-motivated, resilient and positive approach, with an enterprising and resourceful outlook
    • Works in an organised, methodical and problem-solving manner

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, either 8.30am – 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch, or 9.00am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes’ lunch
    • Office based

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £28,000 – £32,000
    • Free on-site parking
    • 21 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
