    We’re excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join the friendly team at a well-established supplier in Brixworth.

    The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding customer service and administration skills, along with a strong level of IT proficiency. You will ensure that the sales order administration process is seamless from order through to invoicing.

     

    As Senior Sales Administrator you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Answering customer queries and processing orders via phone, email and via the website
    • Advising customers on suitability of products and stock availability
    • Assisting with customer visits
    • Coordinating Directors’ travel arrangements and supplier meetings
    • Processing requests for samples
    • Providing secretarial and clerical support to the Directors
    • Raising and filing paperwork, along with other day-to-day general administrative duties

     

    We’re looking for a Senior Sales Administrator with the following skills and experience:

    • Extensive experience within a similar sales administration or B2B customer service administration role, ideally involving order processing
    • Experience within a technical / manufacturing / wholesale environment would be beneficial
    • Demonstrates a passion for providing outstanding customer service
    • Strong IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
    • Highly organised and used to working accurately in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Works with a positive, helpful and “can-do” approach
    • Enjoys working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes’ lunch break
    • Office-based

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £27,000 – £29,000
