    Reporting to the Head of HR, this is a varied generalist HR role, the successful applicant will support the growth of the company by providing comprehensive HR advisory service.

    As HR Advisor you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Excellent opportunity to get involved with project work and develop your skill set with a superb manager
    • All round generalist HR role where you will be involved in all aspects of HR
    • Confidently managing and advising line managers on ER cases in line with formal company HR procedures
    • Managing all aspects of the recruitment process for a range of roles
    • Developing employee engagement, policies & procedures, contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
    • Dealing with HR administration and general employment enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

     

    We’re looking for a HR Advisor with the following skills and experience:

    • Proven experience of working in a similar HR advisor role OR HR co-ordinator post with the ability to make decisions and work on own initiative and hit the ground running.
    • Sound experience on ER, relevant legislation and ability to develop/ coach managers
    • Well-structured approach to time management and prioritisation within a busy environment
    • Effective, helpful and approachable communicator, both verbally and in writing
    • Preferred experience working within a manufacturing or logistics environment
    • Ideally CIPD or similar HR qualification
    • IT Proficient and a confident user of MS Office
