    Job description:

    We have an exciting opportunity available for a driven Project Manager to join the friendly team at a leading creative business in Kettering.

    An ideal candidate will be a born leader with previous managerial experience overseeing operations. You’ll be an expert communicator with a strong ability to collaborate across a wide range of departments. Ultimately, you’re driven by the desire to lead a team to maximum productivity and efficiency.

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £25,000 – £35,000
    • 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays)
    • Free parking
    • Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

     

    As Operations Manager your duties and responsibilities will be:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals
    • Recruit, on-board and train high-performing employees to maintain market share and achieve business plan objectives
    • Maintain timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
    • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
    • Enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
    • Resolve client conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all those involved

     

    We are looking for an Operations Manager with the following skills and experience:

    • Proven experience in a managerial role
    • Strong decision-making capabilities
    • Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
    • Ability to motivate, lead and hold employees to account
    • Have a strong working knowledge of operational procedures
    • A degree in business management or a related field
    • Previous performance evaluation experience
    • Working knowledge of human resources processes
