    Salary and benefits:

    • £23,000 – £25,000

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (a part-time role working 9.00am – 3.00pm will also be considered)
    • Office-based

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Undertaking reception duties, being the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and visitors
    • Performing general office and facilities duties including managing stock levels and assisting the General Manager with utilities services and contracts
    • Taking in new leads from the website, walk ins or via phone and arranging appointments with advisers
    • Coordinating and managing renewal appointments
    • Running and administering the monthly voucher scheme
    • Assisting the client services team with any other administration duties as necessary and required.

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive prior experience in a similar role comprising reception and administration duties, ideally within a professional services environment
    • GCSE (or equivalent qualification) at grade C or above in English and Maths
    • IT proficient, with excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with initiative and a proactive approach
    • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
    • Strong attention to detail, with good organisational and prioritisation skills.
