Job description:
A well-established, global business has a unique opportunity for an experienced Medical Sales Administrator to work alongside the Sales Manager and the team in an exciting medical business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hard-working, supportive, fun, and dedicated team.
Along with a salary of up to £25,000, you will also receive 20 days holiday, increasing by 1 day after 2 years up to a maximum of 25 days holiday and employee wellbeing initiatives. This is an office-based role working 37.5 hours per work, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm with 40 mins unpaid lunch.
As a Medical Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships within the NHS and private sector
- Responsible for generating and maintaining contacts
- Co-ordinating and scheduling appointments
- Cold calling to procurement and arrange meetings for the Clinical Sales Specialist
- Provide administrative support for the sales manager and for all team
- Maintain medical and sales databases
- Attending weekly progress meetings
- Logging customer complaints on CRM system
We are looking for a Medical Sales Administrator who has the following skills and experiences:
- You will have a ‘can do’ attitude
- You will be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- You will be positive, proactive, enthusiastic, and resilient
- You will have the ability to form positive working relationships with colleagues across the business
- Experience within the NHS would be a huge advantage
- You must have at least 3 years’ experience in the customer service fields
