    Job description:

    We’re looking for a hands-on experienced agency-based Account Manager to join an established team based on-site within a well-known charity. The successful applicant will manage the client’s print and direct mail campaigns.

    Based at the client’s offices near London Bridge, you’ll join a hardworking, creative, relaxed, fun team. The role will be pivotal in successfully helping the client bring their Direct Mail and Print campaigns to market, so candidates must demonstrate this experience as well as excellent communication and client management skills.

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing and delivering marketing campaigns and projects from initial brief through print production to final completion
    • Maintaining budgets and deadlines
    • Providing excellent client service and solutions to the customer
    • Responsible for time and cost management of projects
    • Generating quotations and schedules
    • Attending client briefings and presentation meetings alongside other third-party agencies

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Experience of account managing or working in a client facing environment with direct mail campaigns
    • Good technical knowledge of direct mail processes
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Excellent client management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and timelines
    • Strong and accurate brief-taking ability
    • Broad understanding of print processes
    • Knowledge and experience of working with a charity would be preferred
