Location: Market Harborough
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Flexible working and part-time arrangements may be considered
We are working with a well-established organisation in Market Harborough who are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support their site operations on a temporary basis.
This is a varied role well suited to someone with practical skills who enjoys problem-solving and working independently.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the site remains safe, functional and well maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests across the site
- Assisting with planned and preventative maintenance works
- Supporting overall site safety and security
- Taking and accurately recording utility meter readings
About You:
- Previous experience in maintenance, caretaking or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong practical ability and good DIY skills
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A full driving licence (desirable)
