We’re delighted to be recruiting a Marketing Executive for an established organisation based in Market Harborough. This varied vacancy will focus predominantly on B2B marketing, with opportunities to create engaging content, lead campaigns and strengthen stakeholder relationships with internal and external customers.

  • Up to £33,000
  • Annual performance-based bonus
  • Full-time, 35 hours per week, OR four days, 28 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Hybrid working, with 40% of working time based in the Market Harborough office
  • 27 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and a birthday day off

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver B2B marketing communications, including product launches, customer updates, promotional activity, social media posts and regular email newsletters.
  • Create engaging content for B2B customers across online and offline channels.
  • Maintain and improve website content, manage the B2B social media plan and provide communications for networks and clubs.
  • Develop relationships with trade media, sharing relevant news and supporting press communications, sponsorships and award entries.
  • Coordinate events and oversee the production and distribution of literature, promotional materials and event collateral.
  • Monitor campaign performance and customer outcomes, using insight to recommend improvements while maintaining data protection, regulatory and brand standards. 

Required skills and experience:

  • A recognised marketing qualification and a minimum of two years’ marketing experience.
  • Previous B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor communications for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience measuring campaign performance and using data and insight to improve future marketing activity.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with email marketing, WordPress, LinkedIn or design software experience advantageous.
  • Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to contribute ideas and constructively improve marketing outcomes
