Are you passionate about social media, client service, and delivering work that makes an impact? We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support a key global account across performance and social channels.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll combine strong client service fundamentals with a clear understanding of how social channels work in practice.

As an Account Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of working
- Coordinate organic and paid social activity, including influencer and creator management
- Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on track
- Collaborate with creative, studio, digital, insight, and production teams to deliver socially relevant, on-brand work
- Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone aligned
- Support the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial tracking
- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging behaviours, and best practices to inform recommendations
We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience:
- Extensive account management experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting
- Solid understanding of how social content is made, adapted, and delivered across channels
- Knowledge of performance-driven social media marketing or digital marketing
- Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholders
- Confidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargon
- Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality output
