UX / UI Product Designer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with account, technical, and creative teams to define and implement engaging customer journeys
• Creating wireframes, information architecture, customer journey maps, and beautifully crafted interfaces
• Designing and building digital prototypes with speed and precision
• Applying user-centred design principles to deliver experiences that meet both customer needs and business goals
• Supporting and contributing to client workshops and design sprints
• Presenting design concepts confidently to internal teams and clients

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a creative agency environment
• A diverse digital product design portfolio, demonstrating creativity, innovation, and measurable results
• Strong understanding of human-centred design thinking, methods, and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to simplify complex design problems
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools
• Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly
• Full UK driving licence
