    Job description:

    We’re recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Coordinator to join a supportive and friendly company within the renewable energy sector.

    Reporting to the Senior Contracts Coordinator and Director, this is a varied role managing all aspects of the contract process. Our client is looking for someone who has strong customer service and sales skills, is proactive and can help the client base to continue to grow.

    Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be immediately available.

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £11.28 – £12.82 per hour
    • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch

     

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Ensure clients, installers and suppliers are supported through every stage of the contract process
    • Act as the main point of contact for incoming enquires, orders and ongoing installations
    • Process in-bound leads, factfinding and associated paperwork
    • Prepare quotations for submission to client
    • Follow up on quotations on the telephone and by email, and clarifying any queries
    • Make telephone and face to face meeting appointments for the Director or support team
    • Processing orders: creating contracts using a template by entering bespoke information relative to each order and sending this to the customer via email or by post
    • Produce specifications for installers and manage their diaries
    • Preparing contracts to hand over to installer teams
    • Prepare and send invoices and chase payments from clients at regular intervals
    • Support the team with all necessary tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Experience working within a sales related role/environment is essential
    • Be able to prioritse a varied workload and demonstrate good time management around deadlines
    • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to use own initiative but equally work as part of a team
    • Proactive with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
    • Enjoys working within a fast paced, busy environment with changing priorities
    • Strong organisational skills and can work to meet realistic performance targets to ensure the continued growth of the company
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, installers and suppliers
    • A ‘self-starter’ with a proactive approach to work.
