    We are looking to recruit a skilled Customer Service Representative on an ongoing temporary basis for approximately 12 months to join our client, an innovative solutions-based company in Kettering. You will be required to work within a busy environment dealing with all aspects of customer order entry process ensuring the highest level of customer service/satisfaction are maintained.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Managing customer accounts and building relationships
    • Processing orders and dealing with the whole process from start to finish
    • Determine product availability
    • Verifying pricing, terms, product details
    • Order tracking/follow up from receipt of PO to delivery
    • Agreeing acceptable delivery dates with customer
    • Ensuring timely communication with customer
    • Maintaining customer profiles/requirements
    • Liaising with shipping/planning to meet customer ETA
    • Alerting management and sales of significant order trends, problems and varying customer needs
    • Handling complaints, product returns, invoice adjustments/queries – creation of credit/debits

    • Confident communicator
    • Active listening and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to use initiative
    • Good attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to work effectively in a group/team situation
    • IT proficient
    • Preferred knowledge of SAP
    • Export/import knowledge would be ideal however not essential

     

    Working hours:

    • Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Fridays 8.30am – 4.00pm
    • 37 hour working week
