    Job description:

    Are you an experienced HR Manager with experience of implementing a new HRIS system? Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact within the education sector? A prestigious educational organization in Kettering is seeking a skilled HR Operations Manager to join their busy team.

    Driving a culture of continuous improvement, you will ensure effective and streamlined processes are enabled using current and emerging HR technology, which is then implemented effectively across multiple schools.

    Hours of work:

    • 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 3.30pm Friday

    As People Business Partner, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Providing an expert voice on people operations and administration, seeking opportunities for technology enabled improvement and identifying and implementing new ways of working
    • Reviewing HR processes & policies, update them and develop automated solutions wherever possible
    • Seeking opportunities to network and keep up to date with HR systems development in the wider external marketplace
    • Developing process flows / maps to highlight duplications and design the most efficient ways of working
    • Producing strategic and day-to-day management information data which enables effective decision making
    • Ensuring the integrity of employee information and acting as the GDPR champion for people data in conjunction with the Compliance and Contracts Manager
    • Able to identify, implement and review operational process improvements. Working closely with our Head of People and People Partners, being proactive as well as highly responsive

    We’re looking for a People Business Partner with the following skills and experience:

    • Experience within a HR People Operations / Systems role
    • Chartered CIPD member, qualified to degree level (or equivalent)
    • Prior leadership of the implementation of at least one major People Information System
    • Enjoys working in busy and demanding team environment, whilst working efficiently at pace
    • High degree of IT literacy; confident in the use of MS Office
    • Demonstrates a collaborative, problem solving approach as part of a team
    • Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues through excellent communication skills
