    Job description:

    We’re seeking a part-time temporary Accounts Administrator to assist a backlog of work on behalf of a charitable organisation based in Market Harborough.

    This is a temporary role, providing accounts administration cover for a period of approximately 4-8 weeks. Due to the urgent nature of the vacancy, applicants should be available immediately.

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £12.50 per hour
    • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro-rata
    • 14-21 hours per week

     

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Processing of daily bank reconciliations
    • Matching of payments against invoices (including batched payments)
    • Identification of discrepancies
    • Completion of Excel reports
    • Processing and reconciling expenses and credit card receipts
    • Processing of accounts payable supplier invoices.

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous experience of working in a similar role desirable but not essential
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Previous accounting experience not required as you will be trained in their system
    • Good Excel skills
