    Job description:

    Are you a talented Account Manager waiting to “unbox” an exciting new career opportunity? We’re looking for someone with true vision and ambition to join a leading marketing services company, known for working with a well known international beauty brand.

    The successful applicant will manage a broad range of showstopping 3D POS promotional projects. This is a hybrid role between account and project management, so applicants should possess excellent client presentation skills coupled with the ability to lead effective end-to-end project delivery.

    This is a hybrid working role with 2-3 days per week onsite at office based in Westfield, London.

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Taking briefs, evaluating and shaping creative proposals for clients
    • Identifying, understanding and overcoming commercial and market dilemmas
    • Ensuring project objectives are achievable and meet quality standards
    • Achieving timely end-to-end project delivery whilst closely monitoring commercial details
    • Working collaboratively with colleagues throughout the business to create prototypes
    • Understanding the requirements of customers to ensure their needs are being met
    • Continuously keeping informed of emerging trends and market conditions

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive experience in a similar role as an Account Manager within print, packaging or POS within an agency environment
    • Impressive track record of exceeding client expectations
    • Strong IT proficiency, with a good knowledge of MS Office
    • Well organised and able to adapt to a fast-moving environment, with a positive approach to change
    • Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skill set
    • Demonstrates enthusiasm and tenacity
    • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and when putting together written correspondence, reports and presentations
