    Job description:

    Our client, a leading organisation and chartered body, are looking for an Administrator to join their AO department on a part time, temporary basis for up to 10 weeks.

    The AO co-ordinator will be responsible for the efficient administration of the AO and its growing global network of approved study centres. This new role involves working closely with training providers to ensure smooth delivery of study centre approvals and to provide outstanding customer care.

    The successful candidate will be a knowledgeable, accomplished administrator who enjoys working collaboratively as part of a friendly team.

    Due to the requirements of the business, applicants must be immediately available.

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £23,000 – £25,000 pro-rata
    • Hybrid working pattern
    • Free parking

     

    Hours of work:

    • 21 hours a week Monday to Friday, either 3 full days or across 5 days

     

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Supporting and advising training providers of the study centre approval process
    • Booking EQA reviews and setting up new centres
    • Setting up introduction and induction sessions on MS Teams
    • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
    • Managing a shared mailbox, responding to enquiries and actioning any tasks
    • Raising purchase orders and tracking EQA activity
    • Raising invoices and tracking centre approvals
    • Supporting the wider team with any additional administrative tasks as and when required

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous administration experience is essential, preferably within education, training and/or business support
    • Candidates with experience working in a regulated environment or membership organisation would be advantageous
    • Confident communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
    • Accurate and methodical data entry skills
    • Self-motivated and resilient
    • High degree of IT literacy; confident in the use of MS Office
