    Job description:

    We’re looking for a friendly, welcoming, and professional administrator with front-of-house experience to join a leading marketing agency, known for their innovative work with a wide range of international brands.

    Working in an innovative and creative reception area, the successful applicant will welcome an array of visitors and colleagues daily, as well as providing seamless clerical support. The ideal candidate will be warm and engaging with good attention to detail and a dedication to providing an outstanding hospitality and customer experience.

     

    Hours of work:

    • 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

    As Reception & Business Support Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Welcoming and signing in visitors
    • Booking and managing meeting rooms and client visits
    • Catering and hospitality, including travel and hotel bookings
    • Maintaining a professional, creative, and clean reception area
    • Scheduling regular exhibitions and displays for the atrium in reception
    • Supporting with all staff briefings, training days and course bookings
    • Supporting the leadership team with team meeting bookings, appraisal scheduling and companywide communication management

     

    We’re looking for a Reception & Business Support Administrator with the following skills and experience:

    • Extensive prior experience in an administration role with reception, customer service or front-of-house responsibilities
    • IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Office
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Demonstrates a positive, friendly, and helpful approach
    • Well organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities
