    Salary & Benefits:

    • £48,000 – £50,000 + 12.5% annual bonus

    Working Pattern:

    • Hybrid working: 4 days on-site, 1 day working from home
    • Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 4.30pm, Fridays: 8.00am – 2.00pm (early finish)

     

    As HR Business Partner, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • Actings as a trusted strategic business partner and playing a key role within the site management team
    • Supporting strategic corporate initiatives in line with agreed objectives
    • Providing line managers with support, guidance and clarification on all matters related to people management issues in accordance with employment law, best practice, policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment
    • Assisting the Division HR Manager with the implementation of HR strategy
    • Managing the entire recruitment and selection process in line with the Division strategy to attract talent
    • Coordinating the Performance Review and Talent Development process
    • Owning the Employee Engagement survey planning, reviewing and communication of results and facilitating employee engagement focus groups
    • Coordinate the implementation and development of HPTs with a focus on driving productivity

     

    We’re looking for an HR Business Partner with the following skills and experience:

    • Extensive experience in HR Management, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environment
    • Degree qualified in HR, Business or Management discipline and supported by MCIPD certification (or working towards)
    • Up-to-the-minute knowledge of employment law
    • High level of customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge good working relationships at all levels within the organisation
    • IT proficient, with a good working knowledge of MS Office
    • Structured and responsive with strong planning and organisational skills
    • Flexible to accommodate ever changing working environment and demands placed upon it in a positive manner
