    We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant on a temporary week to week basis to work with our client during a period of change within their accounts department.


    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Raise sales and support Invoices, post to ledger and send out to customers
    • Post customer receipts
    • Post purchase invoices
    • Obtain supplier statements at month end
    • Post supplier payments and send remittance advices
    • Credit control:
      • Issue statements to customers
      • Call customers to secure overdue payments
      • Update debtors report


    Skills and experience required:

    • Previous experience of working in an Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant role
    • Demonstrate a can-do, proactive and motivated approach to any task
    • Strong IT skills, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Accountancy software



    • 08:30 – 16:30 Hours
