    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Assisting with the management of digital projects
    • Working with the Digital Project Manager to ensure concepts, objectives, approach and justification of projects are properly defined, agreed and communicated
    • Supporting the management and workflow of digital product development from concept to delivery, and ensure all aspects are considered, such as; objectives, brief, budget, resource, design, coding, testing, communication, launch, and measurement
    • Managing small scale projects with guidance from the Digital Lead
    • Ensuring projects remain within budget by managing costs, reallocating monies if required, and ensuring no overspend
    • Creating test plans
    • Troubleshooting and testing of new and existing digital platforms to ensure they are working as they should and meet desired objectives and deliverables
    • Investigating queries and bugs across a range of digital platforms (websites, direct selling platform,
      eCommerce site and mobile apps)
    • Liaising with other departments, projects and initiatives within the organisation
    • Effectively supporting other team members during busy periods
    • Supporting the development and build of an emerging and best in class development team

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • is equipped with exposure to a project or product management environment, whether through commercial experience or through educational studies
    • ideally holds a degree or similar qualification in a subject directly relevant to Digital Coordination
    • demonstrates a keen interest in Digital Technology Product Development, User Experience and the latest digital trends
    • produces clear, concise, well-written and grammatically accurate written work
    • possesses clear and confident communication skills, with an approachable and helpful manner and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and external agencies
    • thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, able to move comfortably and quickly between multiple projects in order to meet tight deadlines
    • shows excellent attention to detail
    • takes an analytical, user-centred and problem-solving approach to tasks
    • enjoys working collaboratively in a team, but is also self-motivated and proactive when working independently
    • manages their time and workload effectively
    • confidently adapts to new IT systems and has good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • wants to learn new skills and develop their knowledge of risk management and project coordination techniques
    • In addition; full training and support will be provided, but a solid level of digital skills, including HTML, and an understanding of Agile, Prince2 and SCRUM methodologies would be beneficial.

     

    Hours of work:

    • Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
    • Flexi-time with core operational hours being between 07:30 and 18:00
    • Hybrid working pattern; 2-3 days on-site per week

     

    Salary and benefits:

    • £23,000
    • Business performance award (bonus) – 20% of salary
    • Annual profit share – % of salary based on company performance
    • 10% employer pension contribution
    • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday day off
