As such, they are looking for a talented Marketing Coordinator with an enterprising outlook and a passion for bringing the brand to the attention of a wide and varied online audience through unique and captivating digital marketing projects.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing a range of eye-catching digital marketing campaigns using a variety of social media platforms
- Creating, delivering and managing carefully targeted and innovative email marketing which reaches out to both prospective and existing members
- Writing and scheduling consistently interesting content which not only publicises products and services, but also draws attention to national events and partnerships of note
- Ensuring that the format and graphics of all communications adheres to brand guidelines
- Carrying out data analysis and producing reports detailing ROI
- Encouraging feedback via the creation and distribution of surveys throughout the organisation
- Liaising regularly with external agencies and suppliers
- Providing support and a marketing presence at national events and exhibitions
- Studying monthly digital analytics in relation to KPIs and wider marketing strategies
- Assisting colleagues and stakeholders through the provision of any marketing-related advice and guidance
Skills and experience required:
- You’ll have at least one year’s experience of working in a marketing role; crucially, during this time you must have taken responsibility for the creation, management and monitoring of successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills are essential. We’ll be looking for people with a friendly, positive and confident manner and a flair for producing creative and engaging written work.
- Your IT proficiency should be at a strong level, with a sound understanding of MS Office (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Working independently forms an important part of the role, but you should also enjoy working cohesively as part of a team and be able to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Although not essential, it would also be preferable for applicants to meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Marketing or a closely-related subject
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm each day with a 1 hour break
Salary and benefits:
- £19,000 – 21,000
