Job description:
We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing healthcare organisation seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join the team on a 9‑month fixed‑term basis. This role covers an established senior position and offers a unique opportunity to shape brand strategy, lead patient engagement activity and deliver high‑impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
This is a hands‑on, standalone role where you will act as the senior marketing lead throughout the contract. You’ll work closely with operational and clinical teams while enjoying the autonomy to drive marketing activity from concept to delivery, stepping confidently into an existing structure and delivering results quickly.
- Up to £32,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Fully on‑site role (Market Harborough)

Duties and responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the overall marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all communication
- Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (including Search and Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and emerging platforms such as TikTok, with a strong focus on performance and ROI
- Monitor budgets, analyse campaign performance and use data, insights and competitor analysis to continually refine activity
- Create and oversee engaging content that supports brand awareness, patient engagement and growth across digital, social and email channels
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions and patient communications
- Manage website content using a CMS such as WordPress, supporting SEO improvements, landing page optimisation and overall user experience
- Oversee SEO activity and digital journey optimisation to maximise conversion and enquiry performance
- Manage and adapt marketing activity across multiple sites or locations, tailoring campaigns to local audiences
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business priorities and service delivery
- Act as the senior marketing lead, providing direction, continuity and stability throughout the cover period in a regulated healthcare environment
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a marketing management or senior marketing role with a strong hands‑on digital focus
- Demonstrable experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media, brand strategy and performance optimisation
- Confident using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, email marketing platforms and CMS systems
- Data‑driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to assess performance and optimise campaigns
- Highly commercial with excellent attention to detail and strong brand awareness
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, hands‑on delivery and the confidence to work independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across operational and clinical teams
- Experience working in healthcare, dental or other regulated environments, or across multi‑site organisations, is advantageous but not essential
