- £26,000 – £28,000pa
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm

Duties and responsibilities
- Process parts requests accurately for production, service teams, engineers and customers
- Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records and place orders to ensure stock availability
- Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times and order queries
- Prepare quotations, process parts sales and identify opportunities to increase parts revenue
- Receive, check, record and allocate incoming goods, ensuring inventory information remains accurate
- Coordinate the picking, issuing and despatch of parts, maintaining all relevant documentation
- Manage stock control activities including cycle counts, workshop stock, consumables and departmental supplies
Required skills and experience
- Previous experience in a Parts Controller, stock control, inventory or similar role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good IT skills, including experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload effectively
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify sales opportunities and add value
- Knowledge of vehicle parts, engineering components, logistics processes or supplier management would be advantageous
