We are currently seeking applications for immediate Reception cover based in Corby starting on Wednesday 20th October to and including Monday 25th October.
As a Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors to the building so it is important that candidates have a confident telephone manner, strong verbal and written communication and previous experience either as a Receptionist or within a telephony Customer Service based role.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors
- Answering and transferring all incoming calls
- Sorting the post and any incoming mail
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate colleague or team where required
- Other general administrative duties as required.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working in a role involving reception duties or front-of-house administrative responsibilities
- Accurate data entry skills, able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Approachable, friendly and professional.
Hours:
- Monday to Thursdays – 8.30am – 5.00pm and Fridays 8.30am – 4.30pm
Salary and benefits:
- £9.00ph – £9.50ph
