    Job description:

    A superb, brand new HR Managers role working with an established and well respected professional service company based in Rugby. They have grown year on year and are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to take the helm and develop the HR strategy. Positive working environment with circa 120 EE base.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    This is a generalist all-round, stand-alone HR position to develop and manage the People Management Strategy

    • Establish best practice and support Managers through the implementation of new induction, 1-2-1 and annual performance / appraisal process
    • Raising employee engagement and take company through positive change to more pro-active HR
    • Advising Managers on HR and employee relations matters
    • Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding process, succession planning and TNA to develop employees
    • Work with the leadership team on change management and organisational development, culture
    • Varied, hands-on role, project work and development to take the HR dept to the next level

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • CIPD Level 5 qualified or QBE
    • Excellent communication skills, leading and delivering the HR strategy for the business in an approachable and engaging manner
    • Significant standalone HR experience, ability to hit the ground running and adaptable with the willingness to muck in
    • Proactive, friendly and positive approach to problem solving and persuasive manner
    • Methodical and self-motivated to deliver results
