    Job description:

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an accomplished HR Advisor / HR Officer to join an industry leading manufacturer in Wellingborough.

    As part of a friendly and committed team, the successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for HR and a flair for forging strong and productive working relationships with Managers. You’ll enjoy assisting in the delivery of good HR practice and processes throughout the business.

     

    Salary & Benefits:

    • £30,000 – £35,000
    • 22 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rises with length of service

    Working Pattern:

    • Based on-site Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm

     

    As HR Advisor, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:

    • This is a varied HR Advisor generalist role where you will be managing the recruitment process ensuring full 360 degree process is supported
    • Building and maintaining strong productive relationships with Managers to provide generalist and ER advice and guidance
    • Management, recording and updating of all employee paperwork and contracts of employment
    • Updating Handbook, T&C’s and administration of employee benefits
    • Compiling data for the Pay Increases and bonuses

     

    We’re looking for an HR Advisor with the following skills and experience:

    • CIPD Level 5 accreditation or equivalent is essential
    • Extensive experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment
    • Up to the minute knowledge of HR practices and UK employment legislation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listener, with a compassionate and understanding approach
    • An organised approach to work with the ability to work independently, prioritising workload effectively
