    Looking to work for a very well established, growing, respected and profession company as a HR Manager? Are you passionate about having autonomy and ownership of your HR Manager role? Then read on… our client has grown year on year and are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to take the helm and develop the HR strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to make this role your own.

    • Monday to Friday, 8.30 or 9am start – 5 or 5.30pm finish – can offer some flexibility

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Work with the leadership team on change management and organisational development, culture
    • Varied, hands-on role, project work and development to take the HR dept to the next level
    • Advising Managers on HR and employee relations (ER) matters. Review, update and create HR policies and procedures.
    • Oversee recruitment, selection and onboarding / exit processes
    • Establish best practice and support Managers through the implementation of new induction, 1-2-1 and annual performance / appraisal process
    • Raising employee engagement and taking company through positive change to more pro-active HR place
    • Succession planning and TNA to develop employees with skills gaps & co-ordinate training

     

    Skills and experience required:

    • CIPD Level 5 qualified or QBE, with high level of Legislation understanding
    • Excellent communication skills, leading and delivering the HR strategy, positively influencing
    • Proactive, friendly and positive approach to problem solving and persuasive manner
    • Methodical and self-motivated to deliver results
