E-Commerce & Social Media Executive

Salary and benefits:

• £30,000 – £32,000

As E-commerce & Social Media Executive, you’ll have the following duties & responsibilities:

• Optimising, maintaining and updating several company e-commerce platforms.
• Developing and implementing results-driven e-commerce marketing strategies.
• Building and delivering a multi-channel content calendar.
• Analysing data and performance to review and report on the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.
• Producing a constant flow of high quality and engaging website copy, email marketing, press releases and social media content in line with the marketing strategy.
• Selecting and coordinating company influencer relationships.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and customer challenges.

We’re looking for an E-commerce & Social Media Executive with the following skills and experience:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications
• Extensive experience in an e-commerce marketing role, ideally within an FMCG or similar retail / high-profile brand environment
• Evidence of creating varied and engaging website and social media content
• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platform
• Good knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or similar editing tools
• Able to effectively use Klayvio/Hubspot and/or other similar CRM tools
• Good analytical skills and a passion for technology
• Ability to think creatively and problem-solve.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

The successful applicant will demonstrate a passion for e-commerce and a love of social media, along with extensive experience of managing e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) and CRM tools. We’re looking for an ambitious marketeer who can’t wait to use their technical expertise to create and implement outstanding e-commerce strategies.

The role offers the flexibility and convenience of a hybrid pattern, working largely from home with weekly face-to-face team meetings just outside of Market Harborough.
