We’re hiring

We’re currently looking to expand our Vanilla family! If you think you have what it takes to develop and manage a busy temporary recruitment desk, we would be interested in talking to you.

Ideally, the successful applicant will have a career background in targeted sales or customer service roles and will love proactively communicating with clients and candidates on the phone and working in a fast-paced, goal-orientated environment.

Temporary recruitment is varied and exciting, so you’ll need to work with a sense of urgency and demonstrate a resilient and positive outlook, along with excellent attention to detail.

We’ll also be looking for someone who shares our passion for providing exceptional service and developing long-lasting business relationships.

The B-word

As we all enter a transitional period following Brexit Day on January 31st, we’ll be keeping our eyes on trends in the job market, as well as anything that might change for job applicants and whether we need to adapt our registration processes in any way.

For the time being, according to www.gov.uk, “the current rules on trade, travel, and business for the UK and EU will continue to apply during the transition period. New rules will take effect on 1 January 2021”.
