We’ll arrange a face to face chat with you to really get to know you, your skills and what you are looking for.
If we have any jobs currently available that we think ‘fit’, we will submit your CV to the company after fully discussing the opportunity with you.
If we don’t have any available roles that fit your requirements or skills, we will approach the employers we work with to see if they might like to meet with you. We will also put all your details onto our database, so that when a role comes up that does fit your requirements, we can contact you straight away.
Recruitment is a two-way process, if you see any employers that you’d like to work for, or you see a job that you like the look of (even if we are not the recruiting agent), let us know. We can always make a call on your behalf, to try and get you an interview with them.

We’ll then work with you to get the job description just right, and then we’ll start the search. We use our own database, social media, job boards and networking to seek out the best talent available.
